That isn't to say that he was totally wrong about the shoe, but he made it too apparent that he was out for a smackdown from the get-go. The talking points were covered by enough people in that thread so I don't feel like rehashing it all here. His interpretation of it was pretty shaky at best and clearly biased at other times. His CP video was good in that he's the first person to cut the meme in half and show us the goods. He's sponsored by some boot brands at this point and is primarily a boot guy so I totally get his affinity for stitched or welted footwear. He's good, but like all sources he's not infallible + immune to biases.
